Five Principles to MERGE
MERGE Characters are arranged equidistantly, aesthetically and / or intuitively.
- Each Character = one syllable or unit
- A unit may be broken into two halves, upper and lower.
- The largest letter in a unit is to be read first.
- A smaller upper letter is to be read before a larger lower letter.
- A line bisecting a unit indicates two or more units are occupying one Character.* * principle #5 is not applicable to the Character above
