A mini-Target store opened its doors last week across the street from my studio. It has been a few years since it was first announced. The overall neighborhood has seen a drastic change in new development with several condo complexes, sandwich shop, wine store and the like opening up around the Silver lake Blvd and Bellevue Ave area. I’ve talked to my owners recently about the situation as another condo is being built behind my studio, but they say they have no intention of selling their properties at this time. We will see, as more people flock to the area I definitely should consider opening up a coffee house.
