Raw Raw Boom Boom

Raw Raw Boom Boom is the 2^nd exhibition showcased at the Carl Berg Gallery in Los Angeles. The show’s title is an oblique metaphor for the foisted patriotism directed toward an ill-advised war and the negligent approach to the 9/11 tragedy and its aftermath. Using raw materials (canvas, wood, color and cardboard) to highlight the political and social messaging, Raw Raw Boom Boom utilizes figuration, abstract form, poetic text and the elements air and fire to express the disasters of warmongering.
