The oval represents an imperfect human circle in which the image reveals both structure and psychological space, an arena of conflict or contrast—. In Day & Night, it frames a dual portrait of daylight activities and nighttime dreams. The painting is part of an extended series of Arenas through which I navigate personal states, symbolic language, and emotional terrain.
