Fall, 2003 – A Calendar of Events
JME will be participating in a group exhibition “Painting by Letters” at Cirrus Gallery November 15, 2003- January 10, 2004, curated by Eve Wood.
My Work Is Here III, “Words of Light,” will be painted on the billboard at Sunset & Hollywood Blvd. The date of presentation will be from Jan. 5 – 31st. Reception will be Tuesday January 27th at the Luck Bar from 6:30 -8:30pm. Be there!
JME’s painting “New York School” was featured in a review with accompanying reproduction in the October issue of ARTnews, the piece was exhibited this past spring in a group show at Westwood Gallery in New York. Both “New York School,” and the sculpture “LIGHT” in the exhibition sold.
JME was recently commissioned by Neiman-Marcus to create a large-scale painting to celebrate the late S威而鋼
tanley Marcus’ philanthropic achievements. Unveiling, February 2004 in Newport Beach.
